The venue for the symposium are indoors. The welcome reception will be at a rooftop venue.
Do you have any travel funds to assist in travel costs?
Limited funding is available, with priority given to BIPOC individuals and others from historically marginalized communities, in alignment with our commitment to equity and access.
I am undocumented. Will this be safe for me to attend?
We are working with local community organizers rooted in community care BUT the space may not be safe.
We are looking into doing a hybrid format so everyone can be part of the symposium.
